How do I network you to them?
When a coach tells me they are looking for a specific need I use this database to make suggestions. My suggestions are based on whether I believe you are a good fit for their program---which Blaze team you are on is not relevant but your answers on this form are. For example, if you do not want to play out of state it makes no sense to suggest you to coach at Maryland---you get the point.
If this is your first submission, please fill out ALL fields or use n/a when not available. If you are resubmitting or updating just fill out relevant fields and I will update your records.
Regardless, fields with * are required with all entries.
PLEASE NOTE: When updating your school list please provide ALL current schools you are networking. I will copy/paste this list into my database.
