What is the
π₯ B-Recruited Program
Built for athletes who dream big.
The B-Recruited Program is designed for high school athletes who aspire to play collegiate softball. With 750+ Blaze athletes committed to colleges nationwide, this program combines trusted recruiting guidance, verified data, modern recruiting technology, and long-standing college coach relationships to help players move confidently toward the next level.
π§ Guided by Relationships
For over 17 years, Blaze Recruiting Coordinators have built trusted relationships with college coaches across every level of college softball. These connections help athletes and families navigate the recruiting process — from identifying the right schools to preparing for showcases, communicating with coaches, and understanding where they truly fit.
π Powered by Data
Recruiting today is data-driven. Blaze athletes are supported by a modern technology stack built to track development, organize recruiting information, and showcase verified performance.
The B-Recruited stack includes:
Productive Recruit — online recruiting profiles and player information hub
Virtual Combine — Blaze athlete leaderboards and performance data tracking
4Flames Athletics — verified testing data and event-based evaluation
YouTube — highlight reels, skill videos, and long-term video archive
X / Twitter — short-form recruiting diary for training, games, schedules, press, and development updates
Together, these tools give athletes a clear, organized, and coach-friendly recruiting presence.
π Productive Recruit
B-Recruited athletes use Productive Recruit as their primary online recruiting profile platform. Each profile helps organize player information, measurable data, academics, video links, schedules, and coach contact details in one easy-to-share location.
π Exclusive Blaze Recruiting Events
Blaze athletes gain added exposure through premium in-house recruiting and evaluation opportunities, including:
Blaze Colorado Exposure Event
A national-level exposure event held each June in Colorado.
Blaze Data Days
Multiple events throughout the year, both in-state and out-of-state, designed to update player metrics, refresh recruiting profiles, and document measurable growth.
π₯ YouTube + X Content Strategy
Recruiting exposure is no longer limited to one event or one highlight video. Athletes need a consistent, professional digital presence.
YouTube serves as the athlete’s video showcase and recruiting archive. Players can use YouTube for highlight reels, skill videos, training clips, game footage, and long-term video development.
X / Twitter serves as the athlete’s daily or weekly sports diary. Players can post short updates from training, games, high school season, travel ball, camps, showcases, press, and personal milestones.
The goal is to make it easy for college coaches to follow an athlete’s journey and quickly evaluate how she plays, trains, develops, and competes.
π Virtual Combine + 4Flames Athletics
Blaze athletes also use Virtual Combine and 4Flames Athletics as part of the B-Recruited technology stack.
Virtual Combine houses Blaze athlete leaderboards and performance data, allowing players to track measurable progress over time and compare performance within verified testing categories.
4Flames Athletics provides verified testing through events, combines, and data days. This may include speed, power, throwing velocity, exit velocity, athletic testing, and other measurable performance indicators.
Together, these tools help athletes document measurable growth and give college coaches trusted performance information beyond opinion, reputation, or highlight clips alone.
